Shipping and Return Policy
This website, www.valeriahome.com, as well as all the products sold through it, are owned and operated by SANODOR SRL, the company that owns and develops the Valeria Home brand.
Shipping Information
We offer secure delivery for all orders placed on www.valeriahome.com.
• In Romania, delivery is provided by DPD courier.
• In Europe and the USA, delivery is carried out via the trusted Packeta network.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order value and destination. During busy periods (promotional campaigns, holidays, etc.), delivery times may be longer than usual.
SANODOR is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs procedures, strikes, natural phenomena, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and a link to track the delivery in real-time.
Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
Right of Withdrawal
According to current legislation (Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014), you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 30 calendar days from receiving the product, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, please notify us in writing – either by completing the Return Form available on our website or by sending an email to our customer support team at contact@valeriahome.com.
The return request must be sent within 30 days of delivery, and the products must be shipped back within 10 calendar days from the withdrawal notification.
How to Return a Product
1. Complete the Return Form on our website or send us a written request by email at contact@valeriahome.com.
2. Ship the product at your expense to the following address:

3. After receiving the package, SANODOR will inspect the product and issue a Return Report with photographic evidence.
4. If the product is deemed used or damaged, the return may be refused, and the inspection report will be sent via email.
Important Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, returned products must:
• Be in new, unused condition, without damage or signs of washing;
• Be returned in their original hygienic packaging (cotton bag, paper inner protection, and cardboard box).
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for products that:
• Show signs of use (e.g., sleeping on pillows/duvets, washing, stains, odors);
• Have been damaged or improperly repackaged and can no longer be sold as new;
• Were custom-made according to customer specifications.
Opening the packaging (cotton bag and paper protection) for inspection does not constitute use. However, actual use of the product voids the right to return.
Refunds
SANODOR SRL will refund the value of returned products within 14 calendar days of receiving your written withdrawal notification.
Refunds will be issued only via bank transfer, to the account you provide.
Note:
• Return shipping costs are not refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds may be delayed until the returned products are received and inspected.
Non-Compliant Products
All products sold through this website come with a validity period and warranty, in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications, as indicated in the documents accompanying the invoice.
Please note that the warranty does not apply if the product has been used improperly or under unsuitable conditions.
Defective Products on Delivery (D.O.A. – Dead on Arrival)
If a product proves to be defective or shows manufacturing faults upon receipt, it will be replaced with a compliant item, provided that the issue is reported in writing within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
If the product is no longer available, you may choose between:
• Replacement with a similar product, or
• Full refund of the paid amount.
All shipping costs will be fully covered by S.C. SANODOR S.R.L.
If the claim is submitted after the 48-hour period, the product will be subject to the general warranty terms.
