Each Valeria Home pillow is handmade from bio cotton both inside and outside.
A pillow filled with organic cotton ensures a comfortable sleep. Unlike pillows filled with down and feathers, in the Valeria Home cotton pillow, the strands are arranged in overlapping layers. The major advantage is given by the fact that the cotton batting packed in this way no longer migrates, voids do not form, it does not clump and the pillow maintains its uniformity.

The initial elasticity is comparable to that of a pillow filled with down and feathers. Over time, however, the pillow becomes orthopedic: the filling compresses to take the shape of the body, providing good and healthy support. Its weight-supporting capacity remains the same, even though it has lost some volume and the ability to return to its original shape.
A tip to still keep some of the original pillow volume: shake the pillow every few days, gently squeeze it, and then release it to add air to the filling.

The multi-layer structure
We are using bates of cotton that are wave-shaped and multi-layer arranged. This way, we can prevent overcrowding or the migration of the cotton padding inside the product.
For the pillows, we are using the same method, arranging the cotton padding not to migrate inside the pillow, preventing the overcrowding of the cotton filling material in time.
Fiber-proof cotton fabric
The oxygen-bleached cotton fabric means fewer allergies
The organic cotton fabric is not coated (no polymer layer is applied) to prevent the migration of the fibers or feathers used for the manufacturing of the traditional pillows. The organic cotton fabric we are using prevents the wool fibers to migrate inside the fabric (dense fabric made out of very fine yarns). Moreover, mechanical processes are also prevented. The lack of this coating enables the air and moisture flow, significantly minimizing perspiration.

Caring for your cotton pillow:
Our Valeria Home Collection is entirely natural, so shouldn't need cleaning often (simply airing it out can do the world of good). When the weather is appropriate, expose the products to sunlight to wick away the natural moisture that appeared overnight. Furthermore, it should be taken into account that UV light is a high-power disinfectant.
We would recommend spot cleaning only. Do not tumble dry. Use the pillow only with a pillow cover.

the pillows are beautiful and natural fibre which is what i was looking for, they are very comfortable and good quality and were beautifully packed in linen bags with lavender sachets. Delivery was slow but then it was Christmas and coming from overseas to the UK.
